3 things are necessary:
I. you must focus your life.
-'this is the one thing i do.'
*what is the goal for your life anyway?
your plan to meet your goal should include:
1. a starting point
(no duh)
2. a goal
(that one is very important)
3. a periodic check
(are you doing what you can to accomplish your goal??)
II. you must forget your past.
-'forgetting those things which are behind.'
1. don't nurse your hurts.
("i have messed up and
therefor i am no good anymore."
don't do things like that)
2. don't rehearse your hurts.
(sharing once is fine,
but if you keep going into
that same old song and dance
you begin to annoy people and
will eventually drive them away
and it's just bringing up old
memories for you and makes it
harder to forget!!
move on!!)
3. don't curse your hurts.
("i hate that i'm so weak!"
that's just giving you
more hurt to deal with)
4. instead, reverse your hurts.
(turn them into your strengths
let's face it
no one can get through life
without being hurt
and those who learn
to deal with it and
move on
are the ones who survive)
III. you must forge ahead.
